Long Son Pagoda is located at No. 20, 23rd Street, Phuong Son Ward, at the foot of Trai Thuy Hill, Nha Trang City. In 1936, according to the instruction of the Patriarch Ngo Chi, the Nguyen family donated all the property of Long Son Pagoda to An Nam Buddhist School Association to be the headquarter of Khanh Hoa Buddhism. It has been the headquarters of the Khanh Hoa Buddhist Church ever since. In 1938, the pagoda was renamed by king Bao Dai as “Long Son Pagoda”. That proved that Long Son has become a famous temple, having a wide range of influence in the spiritual life of the people and Khanh Hoa Buddhists.
