Itinerary

Day 1 : Hanoi – Halong Bay (Dinner/Lunch):

8.00 – 8.15 : Swan Cruise’s bus or private car will pick you up from your hotel to transfer you to Halong bay

12.30: Arrive at the Swan Cruise office in Ha Long City where you will be transferred by tender to the Swan Cruise. On arrival you will be greeted with a welcome drink, receive a cruise safety briefing and be shown to your cabin.

13.30: A delicious lunch of fresh seafood and Vietnamese cuisine will be served while we leisurely cruise to the core of BaiTu Long Bay.

15.00: Enjoy the breath taking views of Ha Long Bay’s dramatic limestone karsts, peaceful inlets and floating villages. Your cruise will make a stop at VungVieng floating fishing village where you have the choice to explore the village by either bamboo sampan. After an hour of water activities you will return to Swan Cruise for some free time to lounge on the sundeck or swim in Ha Long bay’s calm waters.

17.00: Back on board the boat we will cruise to our overnight anchorage point.
17.30: Before dinner you will take part in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration and enjoy the sunset party on the sundeck.

19.15: Dinner will be a set menu of exquisite Vietnamese cuisine served in the dining room and enjoyed with other Swan Cruise guests.

21.00: The rest of the evening is free to enjoy at your leisure, whether that’s relaxing in your cabin or taking part in Swan Cruise’s onboard activities, which include film entertainment, light music for dancing in the dining room board and card games. Passengers may also try their luck at squid fishing from the boat.

Day 2 :  Discover Lan Ha Bay – Tien Cave (Br/Lunch/Dinner)
06.15: Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck and complimentary tea & coffee.
07.00: Breakfast will be served, a selection of western foods and Vietnamese traditional breakfast – ‘PHO’

08.15: After breakfast you will transfer to a smaller boat to visit Lan Ha Bay.
09.30: At Lan Ha Bay your guide will take you swimming at Three Peaches beach, a pristine natural beach surrounded by turquoise water.

12.30: Back on board Swan cruise, a fresh barbecue seafood lunch will be served while we cruise to the next destination.

14.00: This afternoon you will discover Toi and Sang Cave (weather dependent). This is the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and borders the Gulf of Tonkin. Here you will visit a quaint fishing village and lagoon.

16.00: After a day of discovering the caves and villages you will return to Swan Cruise where we will make our way to our second mooring point near Ho Dong Tien.
19.15 Vietnamese style dinner will be served.

21.00: The rest of the evening is free to enjoy at your leisure, whether that’s relaxing in your cabin or taking part in Swan Cruises onboard activities which include, film entertainment, light music for dancing in the dining room, board and card games. Passengers may also try their luck at squid fishing from the boat.

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (Br/Lunch)

06.15: Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.

07.00: Have breakfast

08.00: Explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot Cave).

08.15: Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance and tour the cave for approximately 45 minutes. Walk down about 100 steps and return to the boat.

10.00: Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all of your belongings from the cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier).

10.30: Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. We will settle bills after lunch. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.

11.45: Arrive at Hon Gai Harbor. Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside the Paloma Office while waiting for getting on Van back to Hanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi about 4:30 PM.
